Wedding Costs

•    Wedding Programs
It is the responsibility of the bride and groom, in consultation with the pastor, to have wedding programs printed. The Church office does not provide this service.
 
•    Reception at Church
Receptions following the wedding may be held in Fellowship Hall of the Church. The Presbyterian Women of the church are available to serve youi reception, arrangements for the reception must be made with the Wedding Coordinator. There is no smoking or drinking permitted in Willow Creek Presbyterian Church.
 
•    Wedding Costs
For your convenience, we require that all checks for the honoraria and fees be distributed at the time of the wedding rehearsal. Checks for the honoraria to individuals should be made out in his/her name. The check for the reception should be made out the Presbyterian Women. If there is an additional charge that goes beyond the maximum time, the Wedding Coordinator will contact the wedding party the week following the wedding service.
 
WEDDING COSTS
Weddings at Willow Creek Presbyterian Church are ordinarily held for active members. However, exceptions can be made with the approval of the pastor and Session on a case-by-case basis. Fees for others than members are listed in the "Non-Members" column.

A. Rehearsal and Wedding
This fee includes rehearsing and Accompanying for two solos.
B. A $25 fee will be charged for each additional solo
And/or rehearsal required.
C.   If a vocal soloist is contacted through the church,
remuneration of at least $35 is expected.

This includes use of table service, dishes, punch bowls, candlesticks, reception tables and chairs. Does not include food, punch, or food preparation. Food, punch, or food preparation is available for an additional fee to be negotiated.
 
Deposit
A $100 ($300 for non-members) deposit is required to reserve the date and will be returned following the wedding or applied to damage or costs of additional services, if applicable. All fees must be paid thirty (30) days in advance of the service, excluding honoraria, which is to be given to the Pastor prior to the wedding. If additional services are required of the Church, additional costs will be added.
