It is with great anticipation that we announce the beginnings of our Wednesday night Youth Group/Family Night.
Because our Junior and Senior youth are involved in ministry on Sunday mornings, we have decided to offer a
Youth Group for them on Wednesday evenings beginning September 12th from 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm. The whole
family will be able to participate in classes designed for their age group. Adults will have the opportunity
to attend a Bible study taught by Pastor John O’Lane on the basics of Christianity; what it means to walk with
Jesus Christ and how we learn about Him from His Holy Word, the Bible. The Senior and Junior youth entering
7th grade will meet in the Argyle room under the direction of Ben Meyer with Fran Meyer and Greg Downey assisting.
Their night will include snacks, games, worship music, Bible study, and discussion. This year’s topic is;
The Life of Christ, the Basis of Faith. Our younger children will enjoy an additional class reflecting the
subject matter being taught on Sunday morning. Snacks, music, and crafts that enhance the Bible study will
insure a fun night of learning and being with friends in God’s house. We hope to see everyone on September 12th!
