Senior High Youth Group

Willow Creek Presbyterian Church Senior High Youth Group led by church members Bill and Fran Meyer. The group meets every Sunday morning during the school year between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. While the group participates in many fun activities, the focus of the group remains growing in faith with God as our Youth grow into adulthood. The Senior High Youth Group will meet over at the Manse beginning Sunday, January 7, 2007 until further notice due to the renovation of Fellowship Hall.

A mission trip to Logan, West Virginia, is being planned for the senior high youth the week of July 29th through August 3rd. We are planning to go through YOUTHWORKS, a mission trip planning ministry. The cost for the trip will be approximately $250.00 per person. YOUTHWORKS will organize work projects in the area, provide food and housing, and plan fun activities for after work hours. They also provide four on-site counselors for the week. We will mainly be doing painting and helping with the VBS. We hope to raise transportation costs through fund raisers. Please contact the church office or Fran Meyer at 765-2601 if you are planning to attend. A $50.00 deposit per person is needed by February 12th to book our reservation with YOUTHWORKS.
